Jill Janee Pittmann

Jill Janee Pittmann was born on a snowy November 19th in 1973 to Jim and Janet Pittmann and passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 49. Jill lived a spunky life growing up in Oakesdale, Washington, and graduated from Oakesdale High School in 1992. After graduation, she attended the University of Idaho where she became a member of Alpha Gamma Delta as well as a life- long Vandal Fan! Jill graduated in 1996 with degrees in Public Relations and Advertising. After she left the U of I, she continued to serve on the AGD Advisory Board. Her work career took her to Seattle, Spokane, and nine years in California where she worked for Ford Motor Company, Buffini and Company, and Dale Carnegie Training. Returning to Spokane in 2008, she continued to work for Dale Carnegie...which she LOVED! In 2020, Jill became a Ziglar Legacy Certified Speaker/Trainer and Coach. She was one of the first twenty "Choose to Win" Coaches and one of the first eight "See You at the Top" Coaches in the world. Also in 2020, Jill founded Red Engine Coaching and did substitute teaching within Spokane Schools to help foster her encouragement for young people. Recently she added Better Business Bureau Recruiter to her resume. In her spare time, Jill loved to be at Priest Lake where she was employed for several summers at Hill's Resort. It was there with family and friends that she felt at home. Last fall Jill found a great partnership with Kenny Hodges and considered herself to be "The Luckiest Girl" to be with him. Jill loved hard and never knew a stranger. She will be missed by many and her absence leaves a big hole. She is survived by her loving parents, Jim and Janet Pittmann; brother, Jeff (Tara) Pittmann, sister Janell (Jason) Baker, Collin, Cassin and Anna Pittmann, Clara, and Colton Baker, and Kenny Hodges, as well as numerous cousins and friends. A Graveside service will be held June 10, 2023, at 11:00 am at the Oakesdale Cemetery followed by a luncheon at the Oakesdale Fire Station.
